jenglishlives Incredible album start to finish. So atmospheric, emotional and with some top class rock n roll moments.
The last four songs from Remember Not to Forget through to Eastman are nothing short of outstanding; some of the best hooks I've ever heard. Favorite track: Fever Queen.

weirdmayo Guitar and drums are synced like clockwork. Impressive and musical in every right way Favorite track: Midnight Heavyweight.

FDJ (Desert Psychlist) Nicely balanced mix of raucousness and melody that's a little bit QOTSA and a little bit Stone Temple Pilots Favorite track: The Wave.

M80 Records I love this album, very nice work everyone involved. In high fidelity extremely complex and unique, almost confusing to comprehend in some parts but appreciated. Played through my iPhone built in speakers and the album changes, reveals itself less and become more additive, replay-able. I can’t stop listening to it this way, strange that I say.

David Karpel Midnight Heavyweight shot right into my top 10 for the year, and it's already pushing into my top 5. I'm obsessed. Heavily emotional, full of radio friendly hooks, awesome harmonies, and excellent lyrics. Like Abrams, there's a lot of 90s influences here, but these allusions are so diverse it's difficult to be specific, a true sign that InTechnicolour is solidly holding their own. Love this album! So many good songs, but Eastman closes the album brilliantly.

My youth has fled I caught him leaving in the middle of the night My beast’s stay fed His appetite once huge is dwindling My wounded head! I’m dining in So feed me fire until me teeth fall out Shake loose my pins Im haunted by the lights and ghosts and my doubt My wounded head I'm growing older with a lot less fight Take me home… Blood test the moon I tell the truth and spill my lies onto the pavement Whisper abuse Im feeling clean and now our bodies have an outlet Pull my last thread Let's pretend that i caught it in the hinges Take me home…

The Wave 03:13 video
Stop me when i touch bone Leave me when i hit a nerve I’ll be clothed in stars So, when will i begin To do the things i’ll do My head is filled with scars Stop me when I’m in the heard Lead me down the line I’ll be dressed in harm So, when will i begin To do the things I’ll do Something beautiful this way comes Sail the parasol into the sun And when will i begin doing the things i will do… So, when will i begin doing the things i will do… Something beautiful this way comes Sail the parasol into the sun

Tokyo Dream 03:58
The jackals in the stairwell Howel to find the moon Your teething steps of concrete I’m seeing nothing soon Engulf the sky to change the air Your love will strip my bones Strip my bones ‘Till there’s nothing left Strip my bones In a perfect theft The cards are playing out Right here in front of us My minds an echo chamber Covered up in a wave of dust Stay here and let me sell you this I’d trade my eyes for one last kiss It’ll serve you right if i fall today Yes i reserve the right to hide from the rain So let's pray tonight, to the god with no name It’ll serve you right If i fall today

So, find out what you love And let it kill you… One of these days I’ll get some rest So fetch out your dead Leave me safe and alone The sun disappears Sit on my helpless throne Sit on my helpless hands So fetch me the head Of every last clone Move the martyrs and gods Into my home Drive on, driver Please ignore the lines, driver Drive on, driver One of these days i'll get some rest The good inside me is buried deep in my chest One of these days i'll get some rest One of these days
6.
How long… How long to come to… To come to this When the mountains ache And the trees scream gold With a vast distaste Ill invest some more Please fight to help me When the whirlwind breaks (Ill exist know more) How long… How long to come to this When the whirlpool breaks And the light brings gold When the whirlpool breaks I’ll exist knowmore Forlorn and blue Won't you help me? I’m torn in two The marching feet continue When the whirlwind breaks And the light brings gold Ill exist knowmore Please don’t help me When the whirlpool breaks And the light brings gold Ill exist knowmore Please don’t help me
7.
I fear I belong here Your tear, is bound to drown you, dear… Your clear, Your profound and shifting gear I’m right here Slowly scratched and disappear Call me down From the throne Call me down Pull me down off my throne Go clear… Bring me back the cavalier Over here, I’m dropping the puppeteer Call me down From the throne Call me down Pull me down of my throne I belong in the dirt Pull me down of my throne

Fever Queen 04:20
You could find me in the dust bowl Running from legions of dirt Gathering Wasps to build a superman Free me and leave me in the lurch I love it when you cling to me that way… I could hold you? There's no lying here I’ll choke down the cement cocktail Save me from hurting myself My heroes moldy and lifeless Emphysema and general bad health I love it when you cling to me that way… I could hold you? There’s no lying here I love it when you cling to me that way… I could choke you?

Eastman 06:03
Relocate the earth they said Relocate the earth they said Why’d you bring your silence Why’d you bring your silence again… (Windswept and cold) Relocate the earth they said As my toes curl off the ledge Why’d you bring your silence (again) Why’d you bring your silence again If i don’t get any better Will you still love me forever? (Windswept and cold) Can I run to you? If i don’t get any better Will you still love me forever? Can I run to you?
